We are located in clean, green Central New York between Syracuse & Rochester, and are dedicated to improving this amazing breed through thoughtful breeding / planning of pedigrees & temperament introduced to our herd along with conformation, and color.

Both of our herdsires are the much sought-after Dewey Meadows Farm lineage!  One is our 31" charcoal grey/black with no light points whatsoever; the other is our 29" deepest red, short-faced little TANK.  These studs have more than 800 documented ancestors combined!   We're so fortunate to have these wonderful, gentle boys.  We do permit limited outside breeding to them between April and November.  Just give a call about their 'stud service'.

Our donkeys respond socially and their attitudes aim to please. Like all mini donkeys that have been well-socialized, they LOVE children and learn to trust quickly.  If you come on the right day, with the right weather, in order to select your donkeys, we will all take a short walk together so that you might see how they respond to you!  You will be pleased, as well as entertained!  

You should also know that we rarely sell donkeys without their new home having at least one other donkey or other gentle equine.  Goats & sheep are not good playmates for the donkeys; the donks are a riot when playing with one another and are too exhuberant for goats/sheep.

This is a program we started three years ago, in addition to our breeding program.  We acquire the best little weanling male mini donkeys from across the country, and after neutering and training them, we match them to the most loving homes possible!

These boys arrive each spring and are normally quickly purchased because geldings are the 'best' pets possible, and these sweet boys can be the most fulfilling companions you will ever have.  They are each guaranteed, sold with Purchase Agreements and recommended care and schedules.  They have met all interstate medical testing, their hooves are up to date with trims, they have received all their vaccines from us, and their wormers are done upon their arrival here and every 8 weeks!

 If you purchase a pair and find that they don't work out for some reason, we will take them back, so you don't need to worry about placing them or risking their well-being.
